Winner of a BEFFTA award: BEST FEMALE UK AFRO-CARIBBEAN ACT
So, Saturday the 22nd of October was a great day for me. I had been nominated for a BEFFTA Award for best Female UK Afro-Caribbean Act. I was not expecting to win at all. Catch me when I fall Live
ZimAchievers Awards March 2011.
After being nominated for two awards, Best Female and Best Video I also performed my single Catch Me When I fall with my lovely Guitarist Steve Wellington (who produced the Dreadlox Holmes remix of Catch Me when I fall) and Fred on the Bongos. The audience were fantastic as they helped me sing the chorus!
